Slow Cooker Beer Brats Recipe

- 1 (16 oz.) package Johnsonville Brats
- 2 (12 oz.) cans of beer
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbls. Butter
- To the slow cooker, pour in the beer, add butter and the onions. Turn slow cooker on high.
- Brown the brats over medium heat in a grill pan. Make sure the brats are browned on all sides.
- Add your Johnsonville Brats to the slow cooker and heat until the brats are cooked through, about 2 hours.
- Reduce heat to low to keep the brats hot.
- Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments.
