Slow Cooker Beer Brats Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz.) package Johnsonville Brats
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans of beer
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbls. Butter
Instructions
  1. To the slow cooker, pour in the beer, add butter and the onions. Turn slow cooker on high.
  2. Brown the brats over medium heat in a grill pan. Make sure the brats are browned on all sides.
  3. Add your Johnsonville Brats to the slow cooker and heat until the brats are cooked through, about 2 hours.
  4. Reduce heat to low to keep the brats hot.
  5. Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments.
