Valentine’s Day is usually a day full of sweets and treats. In order to serve up special sweets, you don’t need to spend a ton of money. The stores are full of Valentine’s Day foods but many things can easily be made at home. For example, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries can be made at home for under $5. Plus many of the store bought sweets are loaded with calories. This is a simple Valentine’s Day Dessert made with Jell-o. You could easily use sugar-free Jell-o for an very low-calorie dessert!

Jell-O Hearts

Lightly spray a shape mold pan (I used a heart mold pan) with cooking spray. You will need 4 small boxes of Jell-O. Make the Jell-O jiggler recipe with your favorite flavor of Jell-O. Pour the Jell-O into the molds.

I only filled the molds halfway up as mine were deep. Refrigerate until set.

Remove the Jell-O shapes from the mold. I use the back of a spoon around the edge of the Jell-O. Top each heart with whipped cream and sprinkles! You could also add fresh fruit- like blueberries- for a healthy touch.

My boys loved this simple dessert!
