Work Week Menu Plan: The Prepared Addition

Woot! I am so excited that I am actually prepared for this week’s dinner menu! I took some time on Sunday morning to cook ahead. Making dinner after work is so much easier when ingredients are prepared ahead of time.

Monday- Carnitas Tacos (Slow Cooked a Pork Roast over the weekend.)

Tuesday- Italian Sausage & Tomato Basil Cream Sauce and Pasta (Recipe coming soon! Cooked part of the sauce Sunday.)

Wednesday- Sweet Potato Ravioli’s (Similar to Butternut Squash Ravioli’s. I will prepare the sweet potato filling the day before.)

Thursday– Baked Fish, Tater Tots and Vegetables

Friday-Pizza (Hubby will be cooking for the boys!)
