24 Day Challenge: Days 14 and 15

My week has been the busiest I have had in a very long time- and it’s only Wednesday! Unfortunately I have not found time to exercise this week. I had the alarm set early both Monday and Tuesday but due to interrupted sleep due to little ones having nightmares and a thunderstorm, the snooze button was activated. Last night I went to bed at 8pm- a rarity for me! I feel much better today with my energy back.

I am now in the Max phase of the 24 Day Challenge. The goal is to continue healthy eating and to take supplements to help with nutrition and burning fat. I have added a meal replacement shake in the morning as part of the routine. My menu now looks like this:

Breakfast: Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
Snack: Hummus and Vegetables
Lunch: Green Salad with Pork Loin
Snack: Larabar
Dinner: Chicken Breast, Grilled Vegetables
Snack: Rice Cake with Peanut Butter and Raisins

I know some of you have found it helpful for me to post what I am eating! What I really love is that I never get that shaky feeling. Before I started with AdvoCare I would often feel shaky, start to sweet and weak if I didn’t eat or if I ate too many carbs. It had to do with my blood sugar levels spiking and not being consistent (and yes I have been tested for diabetes and hypoglycemia and I am fine!).

I hope exercise makes back into my routine soon but with hubby out of town, it just might have to wait!

If you missed the beginning of my challenge make sure you read my AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge journal.

You’re doing great…if you cant exercise then its always best to do well with eating right and you are so be proud of that. On weight watchers its the choices you make more than the activity that drive the weight loss and it worked great for me last year…you cant sustain a healthy life without exercise but when times get busy it is the first to go…been there…will be there again. Good luck!
