Comparison of Grocery Prices Over the Years

There is no doubt grocery prices are on the rise. We are feeling the pinch at the gas pump and that all trickles down to the grocery prices too. Savings.com put together a cool graphic that tracks prices over the years. It is interesting to see prices from 1900 compared to 2000. In the 1940’s prices actually plummeted, but no one had money to make purchases!
