Easy Mini Pizza Recipe

Last week I had mini calzones on the menu plan. However, I worked later than I thought so I needed something really quick. Keeping with the pizza theme, we made mini pizzas out of refrigerated biscuit dough. It was very easy and the boys enjoyed helping!

Mini Pizza Recipe

1 Can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (I used Pillsbury Grands! Jr. (10 ct.)
1/2 Cup Pasta Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings: Sausage, Pepperoni, Chicken, Vegetables, etc.

making pizza

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Take the refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten out to about 2.5″ wide. Place on baking sheet. Spread about 1 teaspoon of pasta sauce on top of dough. Place your toppings on top of the sauce. Top with the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.

Tips

  • Let each person make their own mini pizzas. We made cheese, pepperoni and BBQ Chicken.
  • Use alternative sauces like BBQ sauce or a white sauce.
