If you have an abundance of applesauce, you will want to take a look at this recipe! Last week my friend Ann from Coupons Deals and More wrote about how to make fruit leather from applesauce. I love that this is so easy and there are no added ingredients or preservatives.
Ann used her convection oven but I imagine you could use a food dehydrator too. I have neither of those items but an Excalibur Food Dehydrator is on my wish list!
