As you are busy creating your gift giving list, don’t forget that coupons do help you spread a little cheer around you—–without hurting your budget! This past week, I (Litsa) was able to grab these bags of Ghirardelli chocolate squares for cheap, cheap, cheap. I brought them home and attached tags to the back of them for easy gift giving this season—-a friend in need, a teacher, a newly employed……

We must remember that whether our gifts that we give are of our time, ourselves, or a tangible gift like chocolates, scarves, gift cards, or———that they are each GIFTS.

Maybe it’s just a single SHARE or a status that lifts someone up this season. Or a compliment like this one that I received this week…..I have really enjoyed reading your posts over these last few months! Your way with words is so touching and uplifting. I find myself looking at my life and treasuring the “small and simple things” after reading your posts. Thanks for sharing your words and life with your fb friends!” —-each is a gift.

Be encouraged! IF you are looking for gifts that FIT the budget, they are there. Give of yourself—your resources within your means. If you have to put the GIFT on your credit card or worry about how you are going to give so much or so little (when you don’t have the cash for other bills), STOP. Would the receiver want to add that to your list of stress-ors!?! Probably not. And if they don’t care or will judge you……Does it really matter!?! If we are honest with ourselves and we give honestly with what we have/can—it’s enough!

Don’t allow the untamed worries overcome your gift-giving resources but do select gifts that FIT your budget!
