Today we are headed to my home state of California for Thirsty Thursday wine tasting! The goal of Thirsty Thursday is to find good and cheap wines for under $10.

I picked up a bottle of Beringer Red Moscato. Several of my friends love the sweet Moscato wine and while I do enjoy it occasionally, I still prefer a more robust red wine. Hubby on the other hand loves sweet drinks!

Red Moscato is a blend of Moscato, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah grapes. The zinfandel and petite sirah give the moscato a berry and cherry flavor. Hubby and I decided that this wine tasted like sangria! It is very easy to drink since it is so fruity and sweet.

Beringer Red Moscato comes in around $6 a bottle.

As always, make sure you drink responsibly.

Do you have a suggestion for a good and cheap wine under $10? Please leave a comment and let me know!

I happend upon this wine by accident I don’t like a dry wine and I cant have a sparkling because of surgery . I had been looking for a sweet yet fruity taste not bitter like some red wines and Holy goodness I found it .Thank Beringer
