Something new has made it to my kitchen: Himalayan Pink Salt. I (Litsa) kept seeing the pink salt on shelves as I filtered through specialty shops, health foods stores, etc. My newsfeed on social media and my fitness magazines all spotlighted the benefits of Himalayan salt. So why had I never had any!?!
I’ve been accustomed to using table salt and sea salt but pink salt!?! No. After discussing the treasure trove of goodness of Himalayan Pink Salt with my massage therapist, I was ready to buy it! It’s richness had not left traces of its bountiful minerals among my health food diet but now I can say it has!
So what is Himalayan Salt?
It is REAL SALT that is untouched—pure from environmental toxins.
So what are the benefits?
