Work Week Menu Plan: On the Run

We have a super busy week coming up- yes I feel like I am always saying that! But for real, we are on the go a lot this week. I am doing well with my AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge. The “diet” is actually pretty easy to follow and I am enjoying eating healthy again. My body is happy too and after only 13 days, I can tell a difference in my skin, muscle tone and energy level. And I will need that energy this week as hubby is out of town and Capt. M finishes Kindergarten!

Monday- Enchilada Skillet (Use leftover turkey from Sunday and omit cheese on my portion.)

Tuesday- Turkey sandwiches for boys, salad for me. (Baseball night so on the run!)

Wednesday- Grilled Chicken Breasts and Vegetables, Couscous.

Thursday– Grilled Mahi Mahi for me and Hot Dogs for Boys. Green Salad.

Friday– Spaghetti and Homemade turkey meatballs (Meatballs in freezer, use whole wheat noodles.)
