The Home Made Simple Coupon Booklet is available again! There is a new link for these Proctor & Gamble coupons every couple of months. Due to this booklet, I have not paid for Dawn Dish Detergent for a year and a half. I have eight bottles of Dawn in my stockpile and I just gave five away in my coworkers gift baskets.
My point? I don’t always use coupons on the food we eat. However, I know that I save a ton of money on household products that coupons are available for. If you stop buying dish detergent, you will have money to apply elsewhere. Now this philosophy doesn’t just apply to soap! Use coupons on items that are not important.
Now if the Home Made Simple Coupon Booklet ever disappears, I will have to figure out a different plan for free soap!
By the way, Coupons.com has released some new coupons! One great one to print is the Buy One, Get One Free Stayfree.

mens deodorant
toothbrushes
toothpaste
floss
My list of under 50 cents is a lot longer. And includes food as well as HBA items.
My list of under a dollar is pretty long too. It too includes food and HBA but adds cleaning products.

I am sure my list is very similar to yours! The only thing I had to change was the dishwasher soap. I was using the tabs and my dishwasher was not liking them at all! We actually had to have our very expensive Electrolux fixed twice due to the tabs and packets. The repairman said that the liquid was best for the type of water and washer we had. I was a little bummed since I was getting those for free. However, I don’t want to pay for a repairman either!
