Make this pumpkin yogurt parfait as a snack or for dessert! It’s delicious with homemade pumpkin spice granola or you can substitute your favorite premade granola.
Note: amounts of ingredients are dependent upon your choice and taste preferences and may be layered in any combination(s) you prefer.
- Vanilla or plain Greek Yogurt (substitute with any preferred variety)
- Pure Pumpkin Puree
- Pumpkin Spice Granola (substitute with favored variety if desired)
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- In a small bowl season pumpkin puree with cinnamon & sugar---I used approximately ½ cup pumpkin puree, ½ tsp. of cinnamon, and 1 tsp. of sugar.
- In a 20 oz. mug, glass or jar layer ingredients as desired to create your own personal pumpkin yogurt parfait. I started with approximately ¼ cup pumpkin puree, followed by a ¼ cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, another ¼ c pumpkin puree, a second ¼ c of vanilla Greek yogurt and topped off with a ¼ cup of homemade pumpkin spice granola.
- Serve & enjoy!
