It is officially smoothie season in West Tennessee! Although temperatures have not reached passed eighty, the humidity says HOT! During these hot days, I (Litsa) love to recharge with smoothies. I pack in yogurt, fresh fruit, protein powder, chia seeds……..and more!?! I never recreate the same smoothie more than once—-and if I do, it is by accident!?!
