Happy New Year! Wishing you and your family a blessed beginning to a New Year. The New Year brings a fresh start and a time to reflect. For myself and How to Have it All, you will probably notice a few changes in 2016. One change I have already started is “don’t sweat the small stuff“. Life is busy and I can’t worry about the small things. Instead of stressing about every little thing, I’m learning to let some things go. For example, I didn’t have time to get the Christmas cards ordered and addressed before Christmas. This was a first for me since the kid’s were born. Instead of stressing, I decided on New Year cards. I’ve done the same with the blog posts, if I get to writing I do. If not, tomorrow is another day.

Each new year signals a new start thus prompting many of us to identify behaviors we want to change. The most popular resolutions are losing wight, getting organized, enjoying life and saving money. Did you know that approximately 90% of New Year’s resolutions are never reached? If you are planning on making New Year’s resolutions this year, consider making SMART Goals. Setting realistic and specific goals will help you be successful with your resolution!

I look forward to 2016- the excitement, the challenges, the unknown and the growth!

Happy New Year’s!
