Harris Teeter

What I love about Harris Teeter is that they are great about running coupon events. About every 4-6 weeks they have Super Double coupons- which means they double coupons up to $1.98 in value. This week they had triple coupons which means they tripled coupons up to $0.99. In order to take advantage of these coupon events, you need to have a VIC card.

You can register for a VIC card online or right in the store. It is free and basically it’s a shoppers card that gives you special savings at checkout. One thing you will want to do is register your VIC card online to get e-VIC savings. The e-VIC program gives you additional weekly specials that only registered users can purchase. The weekly ad usually displays the e-VIC items but there could also be additional savings just for you. The list of items will print on the bottom of your receipt at checkout. You may also want to follow Harris Teeter on facebook for Unadvertised eVIC specials!

Although I do not shop at Harris Teeter on a weekly basis, I do find that they have wonderful loss leader items and coupon events. I also like the fact that they double coupons up to $0.99 every day.

Harris Teeter also offers several private label items that are high quality. I found that if I don’t have a coupon for an item, the private label Harris Teeter items are cheaper and good.
