I (Litsa) first saw airopes on the Today Show this past week! Now, I’m reading about them in my fitness magazines! I think that they may make my “need” list for helping me stay fit in 2013! I love that they give one the benefits of jumping rope without the rope! I love, love, loved jumping rope in ELEMENTARY school! The chants were fun too——a delightful memory of my childhood to this day! As I spend outside time with my toddler, I want to have equipment to use too. I want to be a fit role model for her always! Thus, these airopes may make it into our garage for outdoor play for Mommy!?! Have you tried a pair of airopes yet?
