I tried the Grilled Essentials Chicken at BlogHer back in August. It was really good and makes a quick meal. Here is a recipe to try:

Garlic & Herb Chicken Pesto Ciabatta Sandwich

Prep Time:   5 minutes                                              

Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients:

1   Hillshire Farm® Grilled Essentials Garlic & Herb Chicken Breast
1    ciabatta roll, split
2    tablespoons prepared pesto
2    lettuce leaves
1    slice mozzarella cheese
4    slices plum tomatoes

Directions:

1.  Heat chicken according to package directions.

2.  Spread both sides of roll with pesto.

3.  Fill with lettuce, cheese, tomato and chicken. Serve immediately.
