Do you ever experience those moments with your kids where your heart melts? You know those moments when you want to soak up every second and record it in memory forever?
We had one of those moments over the weekend. Hubby and I were sitting on the coach while Capt. M and Mr. B prepared to play outside. We hear the boys talking quietly.
Mr. B: “Does the rabbit go in the hole?”
Capt. M: “Some people do it that way. I will show you how I tie my shoes.”
Capt. M sat there patiently showing Mr. B the process of tying shoes. He was diligently working, yet taking his time to show Mr. B each step.
I quickly jumped for my camera trying to make sure they didn’t see me. I didn’t want to interrupt this sweet moment! I was glad to capture a few pictures. But it was one of those moments that I wish was on video tape. I will have to resort to listening to the conversation in my mind and of course this blog to refer back too!
My boys never cease to amaze me. They are truly best friends and can be so kind to each other. Of course there are those moments that they fight and roughhouse too. In fact, they ended up wrestling later that afternoon!
