Consumers have to be label readers in today’s market of “All Natural” labels being placed on food packaging that draws our attention! Healthy!?! Maybe or not?

If you purchased Naked Juice from September 27, 2007 to August 19, 2013, you may want to check out your receipt box for that purchase! You could get up to $75 with proof of purchase or up to $45 without proof of purchase from a Proposed Naked Juice Class Action Settlement.

The Naked Juice company was sued in 2011 for deceptively labeling—accused of using GMO ingredients. I hated to hear this when I initially read about in on Facebook and/on newsfeeds that I follow. Shouldn’t naked juice be RAW to the core!?!

If you were/are a consumer of Naked Juice, submit a claim online or by mail by December 17, 2013. Your payout will be based on the amount of products you purchased and/or the total number of claims made by consumers.
