Save More at the Grocery Store: Scan Up and Down

So the grocery store companies are all about making money. They do little things to try to entice people to spend more money. Don’t fall for their traps!

When you are at the store make sure you scan the shelf up and down. Retailers generally put the most expensive brands and items at eye level. They want to draw you in with that visual cue.

Remember the cheaper items are placed on the top shelf or on the bottom shelf. Make sure to scan up and down the shelf comparing prices before you make your purchase!
