As we near the end of January, over half of the people that make New Year’s resolutions are struggling to reach their goals. Since one of the number one resolutions is to get fit and healthy, it’s not surprising to learn that 3 out of 4 people will find it difficult to stay on track. Don’t get discouraged! Making small changes will lead to positive results.

Evolution Fresh

Evolution Fresh came up with National Green Juice Day as a way to encourage you to turn your resolutions around. Walk a little further today, run an extra lap, add one more serving of vegetables or drink one serving of green juice. Make simple and small changes and they will lead to great things.

I’ve told you all before how much I enjoy Evolution Fresh Sweet Greens and Lemon. I had full intentions of grabbing a bottle to celebrate Green Juice Day. However, mother nature had another idea! We’ve been snowed in since Friday. With 16″ of snow and wind that caused snow drifts, it’s taking awhile to get the roads cleared. My backup plan is to rock the color green and get outside to shovel some snow. It’s a great workout!

Evolution Fresh is teaming up with Postmates to deliver three free, cold-pressed Sweet Greens and Lemons juices in 15 cities across the United States. Starting at 11 am on 1/26/16 head on over to GreenJuiceDay.com to signup and get the details.

Although the free offer is only available in select major cities, everyone can participate in National Green Juice Day by downloading a $1 off coupon for Evolution Fresh Juice. The coupon will be available at GreenJuiceDay.com. Plus, there is a green juice recipe that you can use to make your own green juice even if you don’t have a juicer!

I’m a firm believer in taking small steps for greater gains. Changing too much at a time can be overwhelming. Small, positive changes will lead you down the right road to healthy living.
