The 10th Annual Smithsonian Museum Day Live! event will be held on September 27, 2014. For one day, participating Smithsonian museums nationwide will be offering free admission! In order to gain free admission, you need to request your free ticket. You can head on over to the Museum Day Live! website for more information.
Over 1,500 museums nationwide are expected to participate this year. There is at least one participating museum in all 50 states. To find a participating museum near you, checkout the list of 2014 participating museums.
If you are in the Washington DC area, remember that Smithsonian museums are free every day!
