Work Week Menu Plan: Recipe Repeat

I feel like there are not enough hours in the day right now! Usually I have a plan for at least one new recipe a week. This weekend flew by and I did not cook as much as I usually do. Most of the  time I cook a large portion of meat on the weekend to make the work week meals easier. That did not happen this weekend since I spent so much time outside preparing our vegetable garden!

Monday- Steak, Coleslaw, Potatoes (supposed to be Sunday night meal but we were out of propane for the grill!)

Tuesday- Breakfast for Dinner (since we have chickens, we usually have at least one egg based dinner a week)

Wednesday- Shrimp and Lower Fat Alfredo Sauce, Broccoli

Thursday– Spaghetti & Meatballs (Meatballs in freezer)

FridayButternut Squash Ravioli (Filling in freezer)
