If you need an easy appetizer, these savory roasted cashews are delicious! They are sweet, salty and spicy. Serve them warm!
- 1 Pound Roasted Unsalted Cashews
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, minced
- 2 teaspoons Light Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread the cashews out on a baking tray. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine all of the other ingredients.
- Add the hot cashews to the spiced butter and toss to mix.
- Serve warm!
