Roasted Spiced Rosemary Cashews Recipe

Roasted Rosemary Cashews

If you need an easy appetizer, these savory roasted cashews are delicious! They are sweet, salty and spicy. Serve them warm!

Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Roasted Unsalted Cashews
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread the cashews out on a baking tray. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine all of the other ingredients.
  4. Add the hot cashews to the spiced butter and toss to mix.
  5. Serve warm!
