Work Week Menu Plan: Slow Cooker Week II

I am continuing with the slow cooker theme for part of this weeks meals! It’s just so easy! In fact, I was considering buying an extra slow cooker. I think it would come in handy, especially on the weekends when I prepare for the week ahead. Do any of you have two slow cookers?

Monday- Roast beef in the slow cooker, Red potatoes, Broccoli

Tuesday- Pulled pork sandwiches, applesauce

Wednesday- Beef tacos (use leftover roast beef)

Thursday– Breakfast for dinner (we have TONS of eggs)

FridayPotato Cheddar Soup

    I have two slow cookers…one I mainly use as its a bit smaller than the other…but I have an extra large one that is great for taking to get togethers because it has a spoon that snaps onto the lid and just a warm setting rather than just high or low….so this one is good for keeping drinks hot too (tis the season) and soups!
