Monday- Baked Spaghetti Eggplant Parmesan (Made this weekend, just reheat!)

Tuesday- Pot Roast, Broccoli Slaw, Mashed Potatoes

Wednesday- Homemade Fried Battered Fish, Tater Tots, Green Salad

Thursday– Eating out- We have to pick up my car from the body shop after work from the deer incident.

Friday– Pork Loin, Sundried Tomato Quinoa
