Green Tea

Whether you are enjoying Teavana’s bold infusion of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves or other favorite tea combinations , drink up! Tea has an “amino acid that stimulates alpha brain waves, the same ones active in meditation. Tea’s yin-yang combo of theanine and caffeine may enhance creativity, multitasking, and focus, studies say.”

Although specific research studies were not posted in Prevention’s pages, I tend to agree that tea’s benefits are worth drinking to—tea cheers! Who doesn’t want more creativity or focus for that matter!?!
