Are you a fan of Kroger Catalina Offers? I (Litsa) don’t often get the opportunity to CASH in on them—–products don’t always pertain to our family’s needs! However, here recently they have offered Catalina deals on products we use! This is superb when a sale, a coupon, and a Catalina offer stack for maximized savings!

Once or twice, I have jumped the time frame of the Catalina offer———-and shopped BEFORE the offer began! My fault. Thus, I just missed out the OYNO (on your next order) money back offer from the Catalina offer. However, I knew I wasn’t wrong when I tried to triple save with Kroger’s Mega Event CapriSun Sale, Coupons, and Catalina offer. When I came home, I called the marketing department with my receipt in hand. The customer service representative documented my receipt’s purchases and gave me my reference numbers. Today (quick response), I received my OYNO money—–$6.0o to spend at Kroger—–and this letter:

“Dear Valued Customer, On behalf of Catalina Marketing, we would like to extend a sincere apology for the fact that you did not receive your coupon while visiting your local Retailer. Our Retailer’s customers are our customers as well, and our number one objective is to ensure that you are satisfied. Enclosed please find the coupon that you should have received at the store. There is a limit of one reward coupon per offer. Again, please accept our sincere apology. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. If we can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-888-8coupon. Sincerely, Catalina Support”
