    I filled out the info last Thursday and have not heard back from them? Has anyone else heard anything?

      Hi Lauren,
      I did not fill out the form since the offer was not in my area. Did you check your spam folder? Sometimes those things go to spam. I checked with a friend and that offer has since been pulled. I think they quickly got overwhelmed with the number of requests. I hope you get one though!
