I love my slow cooker and use it often this time of year. The best part is hubby can make slow cooker recipes with a little instruction from me! During the holidays I try to incorporate at least one slow cooker recipe into my menu plan. This frees up the oven for other dishes.

    We visit family during the holidays so no we don’t use it for that meal but every other one before and after: easy way to have Chicken or Roast hot and ready for everyone to eat during our busy schedules.
