Over the last year I have become more concerned about the foods we eat. As we try to eat as many whole foods as possible, I am just starting to dive into the natural products for our skin too. I never really thought about the chemicals that are in health and beauty products. However, the skin absorbs chemicals so it makes sense to think about the products we use.
I was curious about the natural deodorants out there. I have seen the Natural Deodorant Crystal being advertised for years. But does it work?
I put Naturally Fresh Deodorant Crystal to the test. During my workouts I sweat like crazy- especially on humid summer days. The last thing I want to happen is to smell too!
I tried the Naturally Fresh Deodorant Crystal Roll-On and the Naturally Fresh Deodorant Crystal Spray Mist. I was impressed that the products are non-greasy and they are soothing to the freshly shaved underarms.
I am happy to report that the Naturally Fresh Deodorant Crystal worked! I didn’t have bad body odder after my workouts- even after only applying the deodorant hours before working out.
So how does it work?
Naturally Fresh Deodorant Crystal is made with 100% natural ingredients. Natural mineral salts prevent body odder without using aluminum or parabens. The mineral salts kill the odder causing bacteria that is produced when we sweat.
It is important to understand that this is a deodorant- not an antiperspirant. You will still sweat; but in my opinion sweating is good. Sweat is a natural coolant system for the body, releasing toxins from the body. Yes, I know it’s not pretty to sweat, but it’s necessary!
