I went to Kroger yesterday and tried out the frozen food catalina that I wrote about a couple of days ago. It worked perfectly for me!
My order:
(2) Mrs. Paul’s Battered Fish, $3.99 (reg. price $6.39 ea.)
(2) Ore-Ida Potatoes, $2.99 (reg. price $3.69 ea.)
Paid $13.96 plus tax, received $5 catalina good on my next order
I did not use any coupons because I didn’t have any to use!
The catalina is printing based on the regular price and not the sale price. That means you spend less out of pocket to take advantage of this deal!
Make sure to pay attention to the sizes on the box. At first I was planning on buying the parchment bakes that Coupons.com had a coupon out for. However, that box is not very big and doesn’t fall in the (18-24 oz.) size requirement for Mrs. Paul’s.
Have any of you tried this deal yet?

I went this afternoon and bought 4 of the Gortons 24.5 oz bags and mine did not print. :(
Hi Tiffany,
You can call Catalina Marketing at 1-888-8coupon and give them the info off your receipt. Just tell them you bought items towards the frozen food catalina and the catalina did not print. They will be able to look up your receipt. Sometimes the catalina machine is broken in the store or is turned off. The manager at Kroger told me that some cashiers turn their machines off- why I don’t know!
