A few days ago, a new design was installed on the How to Have it All site. If you are reading this post via email, make sure you head on over to the site to check it out! We are still making a few changes but overall I am in love with the new tranquil look.

Over that last few months I have been making changes here on How to Have it All and in my personal life. As I have always told you, the road to life is curvy, you never know what is around the bend! Since my personal life changed, I felt it necessary that my blog reflect that.

My vision is to bring you more posts on how to make small changes in your life for a healthy body, mind and spirit. Whether it be changes in financial spending, changes in diet, changes in fitness or changes in family life my goal is to encourage balance. Remember that these changes don’t have to be huge. Even small changes make a difference. Every little change ads up in the big picture.

You have probably noticed that I have gone to a more whole foods diet; cutting out as much processed food as possible. I don’t use as many coupons anymore since many of the food items I purchase don’t have coupons. However, at this point I will still be bringing you coupon posts and some store deals. I will also share my tips on how to save without using coupons!

I am excited about these changes and I hope that you are too!
