If you like to dine out, an easy way to save money is to use Restaurant.com. I have used Restaurants.com several times when we have gone on vacation. Basically they offer a discount on a gift certificate to restaurants.
Here is an example of how Restaurant.com works:
Head on over HERE and type in your zipcode to find participating restaurants in your area. I found a popular Mexican food restaurant offering a deal. They have a $15 gift certificate for $6. However, I used the coupon code SALE and the price dropped to $2.40 for the $15 gift certificate. The catch is you have to spend at least $22.50 to use the $15 gift certificate. That shouldn’t be hard to do if you are eating out with at least one other person!
So in this scenario, if the meal total was $23 and you used the $15 gift certificate that you paid $2.40 for, you would actually end up paying $10.40 for your meal! Pretty sweet deal!
Coupon code SALE is good through 8/13/13. For this coupon code a $25 gift certificate is just $4! Once that coupon code expires, use coupon code GREAT for a $25 gift certificate for $5. This coupon code expires 8/16/13.
