World Vision Gift Catalog + Fair-Trade Coffee Set Giveaway

We all have those people on our gift list who are impossible to buy for. The person that has it all or the person who is particular. One idea for a unique gift would be to donate to World Vision. The World Vision Gift Catalog is out and offers an alternative to traditional gift giving.

World Vision raises funds to help people in need here in the United States and around the world. There is a huge price range in gift donations too- from $16 to $39,000. My coworkers and I are considering donating in our bosses name for his gift this year. You can pick things like a goat and two chickens for $100. The goat will provide milk for children in need while the chickens provide eggs. Another idea is donating $100 that will be used to purchase $1,200 in medications for needy children.

Another idea is to purchase an actual gift from the catalog. For example, you can get a Fair-Trade Coffee Beans with a hand carved Olive Wood Scoop for a $50 donation. There are several gifts available and the donations go to the Maximum Impact Fund that are used where resources are most desperately needed.

Find out more about World Vision on their facebook page, pinterest or through this YouTube video.
