flaxSometimes Sundays are quiet enough to grab your iphone and/or pen/paper and make a list!?! Here’s a list of superfoods that you want to EAT daily this spring/summer! Feed them to yourself—to your children—neighbors, parents….the more that you enjoy these superfoods, the more you’ll see their benefits working in your diet. The best part of enjoying these superfoods ourselves (aside from their benefits) is that we inspire others to want to eat them too—-especially our children. They are watching what super-charges us with each bite we savor!

Cut Avocado

Last Sunday, I (Litsa) enjoyed chia, almonds, flax, cocao, blueberries, and greek yogurt—-in addition to sunflower seeds, pistachios, blackberries, raspberries! Additionally, my daughter enjoyed the same combination of superfoods because she ate what I ate! We also super charged our Sun-fun-day with bananas, pears, apples——-and FRESH green juice! So how will we fit in the rest of these superfoods—-salmon for lunch with a side of broccoli and a green salad tossed with cranberries and avocado—and of course, more flax, chia, and nuts!

Superfoods are easy to add to your diet if they are readily available in your kitchen pantry/refrigerator!
