What to Stockpile in the Fall

Now that the weather has changed you will notice that the grocery store ads have changed too. Take the time to stockpile some of these items while they are at their rock bottom price:

Canned Soup
Broth/ Stock
Frozen or Canned Vegetables
Canned Gravy
Evaporated Milk
Stuffing
Beans
Winter Squash

Plus keep an eye out for low prices on baking supplies. Flour, sugar, spices and butter usually start going on sale in November. Also, make sure to pick up items for your local food bank or charity- food banks are in desperate need right now.
