Kroger Shopping Trip: Saved 66%

I headed to Kroger for another shot at the Mega Event. I ordered coupons last week so that I could stockup on the Hunt’s tomatoes and the Rotel. I like to make my own spaghetti sauce and from free to $0.16 per can it was a great time to stockup!

So, the picture above is not telling the whole story! First of all, there is a whole bag of produce missing. Yep, I forgot it at Kroger! Since it is a 40 minute drive, hubby will stop by in the morning on the way to work to snag the lettuce, avocado, cucumber and bell pepper. I hate that!

Secondly, the Stayfree in the picture was from my trip to Rite Aid. Capt. M was helping with the setup and sneaked that in there- I didn’t even notice until I started editing pictures! There is also a missing bag of cat litter. I really don’t know where my brain was- I call this mommy brain!

I just wanted to mention that I didn’t even make a dent in the canned good supplies at my Kroger. We actually have (3) Krogers in the same town- so the shelves stay pretty well stocked!
