Toy Clearance & Gift Stockpiling

One of the things I do to keep our gift budget under control is to buy toys on clearance. Several of my nephews have birthdays in January and February. Christmas clearance gives me an opportunity to buy their birthday presents at a fraction of the price. Plus, I can get more gifts for the money that I allot to each kid.

This year I have been a bit disappointed with in-store clearance deals. It seems like there are not many items left to choose from- and we have shopped browsed a lot this week!

There are several good deals online though. I noticed that Amazon currently has select toys up to 70% off. Some of the deals I see:

Tech Deck Skate Shop (DVD & 2 Skateboards) – $3.73 (reg. $12.99) (I bought this for 2 of my nephews)

Pacific Play Tents Little Nursery Tent – $9.99 (reg. $24.99) (perfect to provide shade for little ones next summer!)

Bounceback RC Racer – $12.99 (reg. $29.99)

Cuponk! – $4.99 (reg. $14.99) (My nephews got this from Santa and this game was played all day! Even Captain M. who is 4 loved it.)
