menu plan monday

I haven’t done much cooking lately as we have been on the run a lot. Most of our meals have been something quick like sandwiches, salads or homemade pizza. This week I am guiding hubby and going to try to teach him how to cook some of these dishes. I have a little whiteboard that I am writing the instructions out on- like white time to start the pork roast. Having the meal started when I arrive home from work will be a huge help.
