menu plan monday

We are gearing up for the second week of school! Cooking ahead last week made the menu plan go smoothly. I did bake up a whole chicken on Sunday and have leftover meat to use this week. I also have a head start on items for school lunches- homemade jell-o, muffins and larabars.

We still have not received all of Mr. B’s test results for the food allergy. We do know that the initial test results confirm that his hives were due to an allergy rather than a virus. The last test we are waiting on is the allergy to beef and pork. Therefore, we are not feeding him beef or pork until the results come back!
