Work Week Menu Plan Week of 6/10/13

I was pretty much a single parent this weekend since hubby played in a three day golf tournament. Thus, I didn’t have much free time to cook! The boys and I went bowling, went to a movie, went on a hike, played in the yard and worked in the garden. The meals this week will be simple

Monday-  Steak, potato packets, Italian pasta salad

Tuesday- Potato gnocchi with lower fat alfredo sauce, broccoli (I made the alfredo sauce already, my workout night)

Wednesday- Pork chops, green salad, grilled vegetables

Thursday– Hot dogs, tater tots (my workout night)

Friday– Southwest chicken wraps
