Work Week Menu Plan Week of 10/13/14

My house smelled so good Sunday afternoon as I cooked a few things for the week! I have a really busy week as I prepare for my first karate tournament. I will be at the dojo five nights this week. I wanted to make sure my family has meals that are easy to heat as everyone is on a different schedule right now. I made a roast, pork chops, mashed potato cups, orzo pasta, broccoli soup, granola bars, jell-o cups and snack cups. Some items will be for lunches!

Monday- Apple Butter Pork Chops, Mashed Potato Cups

Tuesday- BBQ Beef Sandwiches with leftover roast

Wednesday- Homemade pizza
