It’s apple season in most parts of the country! Apples are delicious to eat on their own, in baked goods, desserts or as a fresh juice. There are many apple varieties – some being sweeter than others! For juicing, I like a sweeter apple. You just can’t beat homemade apple juice!
Drew Canole calls this juice “Drew Juice” and says it is his favorite. I might have to second that ‘favorite’—-definitely delightful! Fresh apple juice can also be made from apple seconds – an inexpensive way to make fresh juice!
- 4-5 Apples
- 1 Knob Ginger
- Wash apples, peel and core.
- Peel ginger.
- Add apples and ginger to a juicer.
- Serve apple ginger juice over ice.
