One of February’s Superfoods is the pineapple which just might be the next best thing to getting away for a little tropical vacation! Pineapple is sunny yellow and full of richness. Its happy-making magnesium and vitamin B6 is a plus! You might also be surprised to note that one pineapple has more vitamin C than an orange. The enzyme bromelain that pineapple contains may also help soothe you when you are sick! Fresh pineapple: Juice it, slice it up for a smoothie, add it to kebabs, or freeze it for refreshing bites of the tropics whenever you need something seasonally sweet and refreshing!
