Work Week Menu Plan: Labor Day

My Labor Day, is going to be just that – LABOR! I started on a cooking spree on Sunday and plan to continue today. We are going to be extremely busy over the next few weeks with soccer starting. I plan on making a few things ahead of time and freezing.

What I made Sunday:

(2) batches of muffins (some for this week, some in the freezer)
Homemade Granola Bars (lunches)
Homemade Larabar (lunches and snacks)
No Bake Oatmeal Protein Bites (lunches and snacks)
Apple Crisp (dessert)

What I plan to make today:

Meatballs (freezer)
Meatloaf Muffins (freezer)
(2) Quiche (one for this week, one for freezer)
Pudding (lunches)

Monday- Pulled Pork, Applesauce, Potatoes, Green Beans

Tuesday- Quiche (Made on Monday)

Wednesday- Slow Cooker Southwest Chicken Wraps

Thursday– Pulled Pork Sandwiches (Leftover pork from Monday)
