menu plan monday

I did a bit of cooking this weekend to prepare for this busy week. I made homemade granola bars, homemade larabars, homemade ranch dressing, pasta salad, pudding, jello and a large steak to be used in a couple of meals. Since we are going to be on the run Monday and Tuesday due to baseball, we needed the quick snacks!

  1. Your granola bars look good. I am always looking for a good recipe that my children like and that don’t crumble into bits when you pick them up. I’ll be giving yours a try this week!

    • Hi Kate,
Thanks for stopping by! I just had one of my granola bars and I have to say this round was the best batch so far. I used the quick cooking oats and a little extra peanut butter. Good luck!
